Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Please remember you are buying antique/vintage items. There is going to be wear on some of these old treasures. Please be sure to have your questions answered prior to making your purchase. I will ensure your order is packaged carefully for transit.

Yes I do. Please contact me for a shipping quote. Please know that I won't mark items as gifts or lower the stated costs on customs forms to avoid taxes. It's against the law and not something I do.
I do accept returns normally. "IF" a return is authorized for a reason other than my error, I will refund your purchase price (minus all shipping cost) within (5) days of receiving your return (items) back. If the item has Free Shipping then the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
I can't refund if you've given me an incorrect shipping address and the item is not returned. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, you may pay the shipping fee again to have it reshipped.
I use heavy duty boxes, packing peanuts and bubble wrap on any fragile items, and I pack every order with care.
